You can store various types of medical records:

• Diagnoses and conditions
• Test results and lab reports
• Medications and prescriptions
• Vaccination records
• Medical imaging and scans
• Treatment plans

Your health timeline shows your complete medical journey:

• Switch between Calendar and Timeline views
• View events color-coded by severity
• Navigate using year/month markers
• Click events for details

Tip: Use the navigation controls to move through your health history chronologically.

To manage a loved one's health information:

1. Add them to your loved ones list
2. Record their symptoms and health events
3. Track their medical history over time
4. Share updates with other family members

Note: You'll need permission from your loved one to manage their health information.

Sharing health updates is easy:

1. Select the loved one from your list
2. Choose "Share Health Update"
3. Select which information to share
4. Choose family members to notify
5. Add any additional notes or context
